Dear Prayer Partner,

Wow, we serve a mighty God! This is our first letter written from the mission field of Texas! “Behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.” John 4:35b

How many of you were able to join us on June 11th? We are so grateful to the many who joined us at our Commissioning Service in Grimes IA and even traveled many miles to be there. If you joined us via Livestream, would you be willing to send us a quick email saying you were there? It would be great to write your name in the guest book; also, if you want to add your favorite Bible verse and/or a short comment with your name in the book we will do that. For those who missed it, you can go to www.mbcgrimes.org and watch the recording. Thanks to all the individuals from our sending church at MBC who made all go smoothly and fed us well!

Sunday, June 18th was our first Sunday at Good News Baptist Church-GNBC (Iglesia Bautista Buenas Nuevas-IBBN). There were 30 people who attend regularly plus a few visitors being that it was Father’s day. The church family welcomed us with open arms and we look forward to getting to know them all better. The sweet people from GNBC welcomed us with food for our kitchen pantry. Thanks to all the Maranatha Baptist and Good News Baptist for their help with loading and unloading the moving truck! And thanks to our teammate, Pastor Gerald Hawk for helping Dario drive the truck down from Iowa. It’s been about 7 days now that we are unpacking boxes & bins and slowly getting settled in.

Many are wondering, did you make it to 100%? We are at 98% and need the last 2% to get started in ministry here. Pray we reach 100% soon. If you are interested in joining our Team Chiesa, just email or call us or you can contact BMM or your Pastor. We would love for you to be a part of what God does here in Katy, Texas!

Our family is excited to see what God is about to do in this part of USA! Thanks for your love, support and prayers. God bless you richly as you serve Him with all your heart in your corner of the earth.

Dario & Talitha Chiesa

Dear Prayer Partner,

We are 80% packed. We have an invisible U-haul truck outlined on the basement floor that we have been gradually filling; as we pack, it’s fun to say “Honey, please put that in the truck.” We both know what we’re talking about! So, we are about to start deep cleaning the missionary house we’ve been living in; here in Pennsylvania. We are truly grateful for this place to live; it’s affordable rent for missionaries and it is a very beautiful part of PA.

We enjoyed celebrating mother’s day and our wedding anniversary in the midst of all the packing; thank you for the greetings! We have our last deputation meeting scheduled here on the east coast this coming Sunday. This part of the journey is coming to an end; praise the Lord for that He who began a good work in you, will be faithful to complete it. Philippians 1:6 “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:”

God has provided in a great way for our Outfit and Passage! We were able to raise the amount BMM required for clearance but with all the furniture we have to buy to get settled in and some other expenses having to fix up the house a bit, we realized we under-calculated the need for Outfit and Passage. Any gifts can be sent to BMM under Chiesa Passage fund. Thank you to each person who sacrificially gave! Now, we have 2 weeks to raise the rest of our support: the last 5%. Jehovah Jireh!

June 1st is fast approaching! NOW would be the time to join TEAM CHIESA just email/call us with your questions or contact Baptist Mid-Missions (link below).

The excitement is mounting! We are thrilled to have great teammates (Gerald and Julie Hawk); exciting times ahead serving God together!

Thank you for your love, prayers and sacrificial giving.

Dear Prayer Partner,

“Then was our mouth filled with laughter and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The Lord hath done great things for them. The Lord hath done great things for us: whereof we are glad.” Psalm 126:2, 3

The last 24 hours we could hardly catch our breath! God blessed us with 5% in that time frame and this lead us to 93%. What an amazing God we serve! We can hardly believe we only have 7% left to raise!! In the month of April, we gained partners from Florida, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Iowa and Texas. TEAM CHIESA is thriving right now; this includes all who pray, give and serve! May the Lord find us faithful.

Outfit & Passage. “What is that?” you may ask. Foreign fields include airplane tickets and outfitting the missionary with a house and car. Home missions is similar but it’s the rental of a moving truck (from PA to IA to TX—this part of the move will be at least 3500). Then we have to buy furniture to outfit the whole house we are moving into—that will be a big expense also). Thankfully we have been able to save each week and now have to raise another $4,400 in 5 weeks. Pray we can buy and set up, at least, beds for the six of us as soon as we arrive. We have a couple card-tables with chairs and that will do until we can buy a dining room set. Oh, and another good thing: we don’t have to buy appliances.

The month of May will definitely be one busy and crazy month but we plan to enjoy it with nice weather here in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania; we are mentally preparing for the hot weather in Texas. Our excitement is growing each week as we approach our Commissioning Service and the send-off to the field! Both of us have dreamed of serving the Lord full time wherever He wanted us. It is so neat to see how He pieced the puzzle together and prepared us for what He wants us to do! Thank you Lord!

If you would like to be a part of TEAM CHIESA just email/call us with your questions or contact Baptist Mid-Missions (link below).

Thank you for your love, prayers and sacrificial giving.

Dear Prayer Partner,

Huge milestone happened this week! We presented our ministry in the 100th church! A couple more meetings were added to the April schedule: 1 in New Hampshire, 1 in NJ and 1 in PA. God has had his hand of protection over us and the van as we traveled the last few meetings in torrential rain and late hours of the night. We thank God for our prayer warriors!

April is the month we are using our spare time to pack boxes and prepare for a spring sale. We are thrilled to make a trip to Washington DC this coming Thursday through Sunday. We’ve driven past DC many times but, Lord willing, we finally will be able to show the kids around. It will be a great history lesson.

Six physicals are done as the mission board required them. God has supplied 84% of our support. We need to raise $884 per month in the next 8 weeks. You can call us, BMM, your pastor or missions committee with questions. (For one-time gifts you can send to our Passage fund). Each person can take part in our ministry: some by praying, some by giving and some by joining us on the field. What would God have you do?

“And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.” Matthew 28:5,6 Have a Happy Resurrection Sunday! “Because He lives I can face tomorrow!”

Thank you for your love, prayers and sacrificial giving.

Dear Prayer Partner,

“And He said, My presence shall go with thee and I will give thee rest.” Ex. 33:14

The deputation trail is not an easy road to travel but the way we view it is “where God leads, He provides” and He has given us a desire to encourage each person we meet in churches across the United States; that has been one of our ministries the last few years! The time has been approaching; the time to wrap up deputation and get to the field where God has called us. We need your help to wrap it up and get to the field. We’ve been greatly encouraged by so many fellow brothers and sisters in Christ writing to say they pray for us daily or weekly; how humbling! “Prayer is the engine that moves missions”.

God blessed us with 5 meetings in the next 4 weeks; 3 in PA, 1 in CT and 1 in MA. We still have some openings in April and May. Instead of bi-monthly, we will communicate a little more often in this last leg of deputation; to keep you updated.

Wow, what a winter! Talitha lost a few dear friends: two were in Argentina. Maria was like another mom and Blanca was like a grandma. They will be missed! Thankfully, her Argentine friend, Silvia (like an aunt), made it through chemotherapy for cancer; it was not looking good at first. These three ladies were all saved in her parent’s ministry and a part of Talitha’s life since she was young girl; so they are like family. Please, pray for their close relatives to be saved.

We all were sick a lot this winter but are all feeling healthy again; praise be to God! We are surrounded by 30 inches of snow now. It looks beautiful and we have enjoyed playing in it. This would be a great conclusion to our winter here in PA. We believe it was a gift to enjoy; since we won’t be seeing this white stuff in Texas. We are ready for Spring.

Our ministry Team has 45 partners (churches & individuals); praise God we are at 81%. We need to raise $1,034 per month in the next 12 weeks. You can call us, BMM, your pastor or missions committee with questions. (For one-time gifts you can send to our Passage fund). Each person can take part in our ministry: some by praying, some by giving and some by joining us on the field. What would God have you do?

Thank you for your love, prayers and sacrificial giving.

Dear Prayer Partner,

We are so excited to share this story of Armando with you!

In September at one of our meetings, we met a young Cuban man in New Jersey. He shared a bit about his background and asked if he could keep in touch with Dario. Ever since then, Armando has emailed or called often asking questions about the Bible; doctrine and practice. Dario has enjoyed being a part of discipling him; the Pastor and a deacon at his church are also helping him in his spiritual growth. He shared with us his story in detail and gave us permission to share with you; so that you can rejoice with him and pray often for him.

You see, he was born and raised in Cuba where his grandma would take him to the Catholic church. He said he was an altar boy but didn’t know Jesus and he eventually stopped going to mass. He was pulled into “Afro-Cuban religion” as he called it; which is “Santeria” and many Cubans involved in these ceremonies and rituals are simultaneously Catholic. This involved animal sacrifices and rituals where he saw people (and even friends) become possessed by evil spirits. Just a year ago, he moved from Cuba to Ecuador for a short time and then made his way to Florida. That first night he slept under a tree and had no idea what was about to happen that next day!

It was a rainy Sunday morning and he made his way into a Baptist church in Miami. He there heard the gospel loud and clear, asked Jesus to come into his heart and save him. “It was the best day of my life!” said Armando. God started putting people in his pathway, who have helped him grow spiritually, and his desire to serve him has only grown stronger each day. He has been saving money and buying lots of Bibles to hand out in Cuba when he goes back; he wants everyone to hear “THE TRUTH and not all the lies they’ve been hearing”. So, he is striving to learn all he can about the Bible before heading back. He wants to build a church in Cuba and share with the people the true path to God and explain to them that God wants faithful Christians to follow Him. He said, “Jesus has put joy in my heart and no one will take me off this path of truth and I am not ashamed!” Pray for Armando; as he is on fire for the Lord and was just baptized on Sunday to show everyone the important decision he has made to follow Jesus (no turning back)!

We share this story not only so you can see how God works but also because this is our dream: to see Latinos come to Christ, get on fire for God and desire to return to their homeland (places that many of us don’t have access to) to share the Gospel with their people! Doesn’t this story get you excited about sharing the gospel daily with those around you? You never know who you will encounter each day. I Peter 2:9 “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;”

June will be here before we know it! Pray as we prepare for the ministry that lies ahead. We are so excited to see what God has for us in Texas!

A quick update: God has brought us to 77% of our needed support. Several churches and individuals have partnered with us since our last prayer letter in November; we are humbled. May God bless them for their sacrificial giving! Pray the last 23% comes in and that our passage fund will be complete by June 1. Thank you!

Have a Blessed 2017!!

Dear Prayer Partner,

“Go ye…I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” Matt 28:19, 20 God sends us but He goes with us!

We are celebrating what our year looked like! Let us give you the picture: 45 meetings in 41 weeks; what a marathon! We are truly grateful for how the Lord blessed us with churches that received us with open arms and warm smiles. New friendships have been formed all over the country; some which may last a lifetime. The 20,000 ministry-miles traveled went by without an accident but only one flat tire; that is truly God’s hand upon us while many prayer warriors were on their knees! Our hearts are overflowing with thankfulness!

Just for the fun of it, we did a family activity and had a little celebration of God’s goodness to us. Our children had a map in front of them and we’d say the city and state; then they’d draw a line from where we were staying to the city we’d travel to. Ended the activity with prayer of thanksgiving for God’s protection!

PA, NYC, PA, PA, NJ, PA, NYC, NY, PA, PA, CT, PA, NJ, MA, PA, FL, FL, FL, NY, NYC, CT, NY, PA, NY, PA, MO, MI, IL, IA, CO, CO, CO, CO, CO, IA, IL, PA, NY, PA, NJ, FL, FL, NJ, NY & DE.

We are excited to know that we have a couple months free to get rested up and ready for our next round of meetings January through May 2017; pray we fill those Sundays and are on the field by June. Thank you. By God’s grace, 70% is the level of support we have reached. Our prayer is that more churches and individuals will soon decide to partner with us; so we can get to the field. If you cannot partner with us on a regular basis, maybe you would see fit to send a one-time gift to help defray the start-up costs we will have. This can be sent to the Chiesa OUTFIT & PASSAGE FUND. Please, don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We are so thankful for you and your part in praying for our ministry and family; this means a lot to us! Would you Pray & Consider becoming a partner of our ministry to the Latinos?

We are thrilled to share that we have two new family members. No, we didn’t have twins; Dario’s brother and wife had a baby boy in August and Talitha’s brother and wife had a baby boy in October. We are thankful all went well and hope to meet our nephews someday. By the way, Michelle’s leg is healing nicely and thanks for praying for her. All the children are doing well in school and Sophia just ended soccer season with the team winning #1 in league and sportsmanship award.

Happy Thanksgiving to each one of you. Dios le bendiga! (God bless you!)

Dear Prayer Partner,

“But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation. I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.” Psalm 13:5,6. Wow! The Lord has dealt abundantly with us! He brought us to 60% support just in time for Launch Seminar; where we are learning much this week! June 1st (or date we get 100%-whichever comes first) is our new goal for moving to Texas; by the counsel of our administrators at Baptist Mid-Missions we moved the date. We praise the Lord for godly counsel and His guidance every step of the way! We are now on the “DOWNHILL SLOPE” and picking up speed with 21 individuals and 11 churches who have partnered with us. We hope you will consider getting on board with us as we seek to win the Latinos for Christ!

Our meetings this second half of the summer, 5 in Colorado, 2 in Illinois, 1 PA, 1 NY, were a great blessing to our family and we look forward to the continued full schedule ahead. God kept us safe on the roads; even though we had a tire blowout on the interstate just an 1.5hr away from home. We were so excited to get home since we hadn’t been there for 2 months straight! Niagara Falls in Canada was beautiful; it was a blessing to visit there when we went to our New York meeting a week ago. Another blessing was to see one of Talitha’s sisters and family (who live in Argentina) after so many years! Talitha’s youngest sister married a Paraguayan-American man, who is the Pastor of Spanish ministries in Marshalltown IA; we are excited to see how God uses them as they work with Latinos. Also, Dario’s brother & sister and families have both started a Latino ministry in Zurich, Switzerland where they live. You can pray for them all; as we see more and more ministries start up geared toward Latinos around the world!

Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs is where we celebrated Cynthia’s two years cancer free! What a gift! Soccer season is in full swing for Sophia, and Michelle is still recovering from a broken leg; she hopes to wean out of the boot soon. Classes have started for our children; so they are getting back into the school routine. Pray as we are now working on filling our January through May 2017 schedule.

Please, don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We are so thankful for you and your part in praying for our ministry and family; this means a lot to us! Below is a family photo and a map with our next goal, check it out! Thanks for your prayers and support!

Would you Pray & Consider becoming a partner of our ministry to the Latinos?

Dear Prayer Partner,

But they that wait upon the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings as eagles, They shall run and not be weary, and They shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31 We have felt a bit weary after many weeks of serving during our pre-field ministry; it has been almost non-stop since mid-April but God is right there to lift us up. And right now we are enjoying a bit of family time in Iowa (between meetings). We praise the Lord for this opportunity!

Eight summer meetings so far in NY, CT, PA, OH, MI & MO. In the midst of this, our daughter, Michelle, broke her tibia (she is healing: had cast removed and now in a boot but only 5 lbs of weight allowed until Sept.—PTL she was able to go to Junior High camp anyway!), a week of VBS (5 saved), a week of Soccer Bible camp, a week of BMM conference & planning with our teammates; each church family welcomed us with open arms. Praise the Lord!

We are grateful to God for the growing number of partners in ministry He is giving us! As of June 2016, we have 30 partners = 45 %

It is crucial that we reach our goal of 60% by September 1st or we won’t be able to attend Launch Seminar!!! Only $750 to raise by Sept 1. Our goal is to be in Texas by Dec. 1st.

Would you Pray & Consider becoming a partner of our ministry to the Latinos?

Dear Prayer Partner,

Remember God gave us a newer van? Well, Larry is the man who sold it to us at a dealership in NYC. We gave him and his boss gospel tracts, before we left the lot that day, and days later Larry called us on the phone to tell us he had read the tract and wanted us to know that he prayed that God would save him! Pray that this decision was genuine, that we may be able to maintain contact with him and for his spiritual growth. We sent him a package with the John study and the address to a good church in his area. Don’t forget to give someone a tract today! “That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.” Philemon 1:6

We are thankful that Talitha’s dad did not have a heart attack; even though his main artery was almost 95% blocked. He went to the doctor with chest pain and yesterday a stent was put in to avoid an attack. Thanks for your prayers.

Grateful for the 9 Spring meetings (2 missions conferences plus 4 chances to share in 2 Christian schools) in PA, NY, NJ, CT, MA and FL; each church family welcomed us with much kindness. Praise the Lord! We have 40 opportunities to share our ministry this year and still have a few Sundays open.

Summer travels will consist of meetings in several midwest states all the way out to Colorado. Pray as we will be on the road basically from mid-June to end of August; this can be tough on a family when being away from home for 2.5 months.

The Lord has brought us to 42% of our support. What can you do? Pray that God will provide 60% soon; so we can go to Launch Seminar and get to the field by our goal date December 2016. Please, pray that God will guide you to know whether or not you should join our team, as a partner, also.

Dear Prayer Partner,

“Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?” Matthew 6:26 Between our savings and donations from supporters we were able to purchase a newer van for our missionary travels. Thank you for praying and thank you for giving! A bonus blessing was the visit of Talitha’s father, who flew in from IA for three days, and then drove the borrowed vehicle back to Oklahoma. We are so grateful to our partners in OK that loaned us their SUV for 4 months and grateful to Talitha’s parents and 2 brothers for helping get it to Pennsylvania & back to Oklahoma.

God has protected us from accidents on the highways and given us health. We believe God gave us a mild winter so we could make it to all 10 winter meetings: 6 in PA, 3 in NY and 1 in NJ; each church family received us with open arms. We are so grateful to the Lord! The Lord has brought us to 36% of our support. We need to get to 60% soon; so we can go to Launch Seminar and get to the field by our goal date December 2016. Please, pray to this end and pray that God will guide you to know whether or not you should join our team, as a partner, also. Our TEAM consists of 17 individuals & 9 churches, as partners, and 80 families committed to praying for us either daily or weekly!

We praise the Lord He is blessing us with many opportunities to share our ministry. We went from 2 meetings to 35 for the year 2016 and are working on filling Sept-Nov now. The next two months we will be in FL, MA, PA, NJ and CT. We appreciate your prayers; they are working!

Dear Prayer Partner,

Feliz Año Nuevo! As we say in Spanish: Happy New Year! We pray that your goal is to grow closer to HIM in your spiritual and prayer life; as it is for each member of our family. We have set personal goals to accomplish just that! “that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God;” Colossians 1:10

We started a CAR FUND. The van we had a chance to buy from friends (if they waited for us to raise the funds) already sold; so, we are searching for the best deals out there. If you are interested in helping us raise enough $ to purchase another van, you can send a check to BMM with CHIESA CAR FUND in the memo (address below). We have savings and will add any donations. Thanks in advance!

11 individuals and 7 churches support us financially and 80 families committed to praying for us either daily or weekly! What can you do? Consider joining our Team; even if it’s $25/mo, every little bit helps. Pray that God will provide 5 more churches or individuals each giving $100/month to our ministry in the next couple months (or the same $ equivalent in more partners); all in God’s timing. Thank you!

Our goal is to mail out 450 packets and emails in the next few months to fill up the rest of our 2016 schedule. We praise the Lord He is already blessing us with opportunities to share our ministry in the coming months in PA, NJ and CT. We appreciate your prayers; they are working!

Dear Prayer Partner,

A clarinet, a saxophone, two flutes, a guitar and a piano; these are our “Chiesa instruments” making music in our home lately while we are practicing for our first ever Family Christmas “concert” we will play for our dear brothers and sisters in Christ at Acre Lake Baptist in PA (where Dario has done pulpit supply several times this year). Excited to see the children use their talents for Christ!

Our two oldest daughters finished the 2.5 month long soccer season strong with their team; the best award won was the Sportsmanship Award for the whole season in their league. Praise the Lord for a good testimony among other schools and many unsaved referees.

The 2003 Honda Odyssey we have been driving just keeps coming up with “issues” (230,000miles), this made us think twice about how far we can drive it for meetings. We sent out a quick prayer request to our Prayer Team via email (asking them to pray we can find issue & a cheap fix) and an hour later received a special phone call. An individual partner of ours in Oklahoma called saying that they have decided to lend us their 2015 vehicle for the rest of our deputation travels or until we are able to purchase a “new to us” vehicle. We were shocked at the offer and humbled at such generosity! For the sake of continuing our deputation travels, we accepted the offer and have now started a CAR FUND. If you are interested in helping us raise enough $ to purchase another van, you can send a check to BMM with CHIESA CAR FUND in the memo (address below). Thanks in advance! Thanks to Talitha’s parents and brother for driving the vehicle from OK to PA.

Scheduling and filling our 2016 calendar with meetings to present our ministry is our main focus right now. If you have any churches you would recommend we visit just drop us a note. Our goal is to be in Texas Dec 1, 2016 or sooner, if the Lord wills. Pray we stay healthy this winter.

We are truly grateful for the 2 new individual families and 1 new church who partnered with us in this month (2 from FL and 1 from CO). Please, continue to pray that the Lord will raise up more support so we can get to the Field in 2016. Consider joining our Team; even if it’s $25/mo, every little bit helps. Pray that God will provide 5 more churches or individuals each giving $100/month to our ministry in the next couple months (or the same $ equivalent in more partners); all in God’s timing. Thank you! May God bless you all for your constant prayers, love shown and your sacrificial giving. Philipians 4:6 “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” Happy Thanksgiving!

9-1-15

Dear Prayer Partner,

“And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of My hand.” John 10:28 Have you ever read a round book? Have you ever read a round, colorful and wordless book? These are the questions we asked when sharing the Gospel with a soccer ball in our hands in Texas, Iowa and Michigan during our month long trip. Have you heard of the Wordless Book? Well, Child Evangelistic Ministries has an awesome soccer ball that is basically all the colors of the wordless book and it has been a great way to catch children and adult’s attention after a soccer game; where the Gospel was shared. The two weeks we were in Texas we had the opportunity to use soccer as a ministry tool. We walked through the neighborhoods talking to people outside; simply saying that we were going to play soccer in an hour on the church property (around the corner) and people would come! We’d do a tournament and then share the Good News. Winning teams would each get to take a ball home along with a tract that explains the colors on the ball. Latinos love soccer and we hope to reach many with the Gospel in this manner. We are definitely going to need lots of these soccer balls in Texas.

Praise God, He provided $1,846 through His people to fix Transmission on the van!! Again, a week later, He provided when the alternator needed replacement. A few signs that our 215,000 mile van is aging. We may start a van fund to prepare for this future need. Thanks for praying and giving!

An EXPLOSION made our entire family jump in fear! Seconds later we realized what had occurred…we were literally beside/passing a semi truck when one of his tires burst and shreds of rubber went flying! We accelerated the van to get out of the way in case the truck lost control. After the shock subsided we thanked GOD for protecting us, once again. Thanks for praying!

Kids started school: Sophia and Michelle are on the soccer team while Talitha helps coach. David is excited about learning Saxophone this year. Cynthia is already making new friends in her class and is very healthy. Praising the Lord that David and Cynthia were baptized by Dario in Katy, Texas. (Missionary Gerald Hawk baptized 3 other new believers that Sunday, also). Vacation Bible Time in Boone, Iowa was a great blessing and many new children from the community came and heard the Gospel for the first time! We also were able to present our ministry in Ft Worth, TX, Pasadena, TX and Buchanan, MI during this trip.

God gave us two more individual families that joined us as PARTNERS since our last prayer letter! One from Iowa and one from Texas! Can we hear a hearty “Amen”?!

Thank you for your prayer, support and love.

Dear Prayer Partner,

In two days, we jump in our van for a month long road trip to KY, IN, TX, OK, MO, IA then back to PA. Pray as we prepare for a week of evangelism in TX and a week of VBS in IA. We are thrilled to say that God leads us all the way each & every day. “Instead of saying, “Lord. I don’t know how I’m going to do this.” say, “Lord, I can’t wait to see how You do this.” Anonymous

Our teammates, the Hawks, are having a soccer tournament and Vacation Bible School in Katy TEXAS, as we speak! Pray that God will open doors and hearts to HIM! Also, they are expecting a baby boy in October and we are excited for them. In 10 days we will join them for evangelism and another soccer tournament; we can hardly wait!

Two days ago, we said “see you later” to Talitha’s dad and sister who visited us for 3 weeks. We visited some places in PA that hold sweet memories from Talitha’s childhood; it was a great blessing to have them here! And while we are on the subject of blessings, we have been blessed by three men who know how to work on cars that are friends and have repaired different parts of our van either free of charge or at a wholesale cost! AMEN! Pray for our safety on the road as we travel around 4000 miles and that our van doesn’t breakdown.

Pray for the salvation of Sherry Chiesa’s mom, Renie and friend, Ronnie. Sherry was saved in February, then Renie came to the mother-daughter banquet Talitha spoke in and these two ladies started going to Faith Baptist church here in the area and are doing a Bible study with the pastor’s wife. Excited to see how God will work.

Pray that God will provide 8 more churches or individuals each giving $100/month to our ministry in the next couple months (or the same $ equivalent in more partners); all in God’s timing. Thank you! May God bless you all for your constant prayers and your sacrificial giving.

Dear Prayer Partner,

Celebrating LIFE! We do not tire of thanking God for the heavenly gift of children. God blessed us with four children and a great responsibility to train them to honor Him in all they do (Deut.6:4-9). Three years ago today, we were told by doctors that our daughter had Leukemia. We praise Him that she is now 10 months cancer free; each month her blood is tested and we celebrate when we get her results! This month Pediatric Cancer Foundation paid for us and other families to go on ziplines, aerial rope course and tubing; what a celebration!

Good news! A new partner has joined our team; a couple from PA. We now have 8 individuals and 5 churches that support us financially and 80 families committed to praying for us either daily or weekly! If we ever get discouraged on this pre-field journey, this fact is definitely an encouragement. “The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much!” James 5:16b

What can you do? Pray that God will provide 8 more churches or individuals each giving $100/month to our ministry in the next couple months (or the same $ equivalent in more partners); all in God’s timing. Thank you!

Praises: *Seventy ladies came to the MotherDaughter Banquet where Talitha was the speaker in Peckville, PA. *Our van’s AC was fixed free-of-charge by friends here in PA. *Safety on the road.

May God bless you all for your constant prayers and your sacrificial giving.

Dear Prayer Partner,

Just got back from a trip where we presented our ministry in a 3-day missions conference in Chicago area. The trip was 15 hours there and 16 hours back. On the way back to the east coast, we drove through a winter storm, saw many accidents and had a very close call ourselves. But God had His hand of protection over us and we praise Him for His love and mercy.

Recently, we read that the United States has the second largest population of Spanish speaking people in the world; this tops all 20 Spanish speaking countries except for one. The need is great! Our teammates, Gerald and Julie Hawk, texted us the other day saying, “We love you and really desire the Lord to speed you on your way!”. God’s timing is perfect and we rest in Him to provide the rest of our financial support to get down to Houston area and help start a bilingual church.

Continue to pray for our interest in working in the prison ministry not to far from where we live. There is a need for the gospel among the Latinos there, as well. We are waiting for clearance and those in charge are not in any hurry. People need the Lord!

Please, pray for our many Latino contacts (friends and family) that we are praying for salvation; here in the USA and overseas (Italy and Argentina). The list continues to grow. Thank you. “My flesh and my heart fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion for ever.” Psalm 73:26

Three blessings, since our last update, are that we have three new partners in our ministry to the Latinos: a church in Pennsylvania, a lady in Iowa and a couple in Missouri. Would you prayerfully consider joining our team not only in prayer but financially?

Thank you for your prayers, support and love.

Happy New Year to our dear Prayer Partners!

Our family started out the new year preparing new songs with our children for special music when we visit churches. And flute, piano and guitar specials too. We love music; what would we do without God-honoring music? How exciting to be in the middle of God’s will!! In the last couple weeks, it seems like we are seeing more and more of God’s blessings upon our family. We are undeserving, we are just clay in the Potter’s hands ready to be molded into what He wishes to make of us. We thank God for every trial he brings us through; so that in the end He can be glorified! He is Great in Mercy and Great in Grace!

Two of the blessings are that we have two new partners in our ministry to the Latinos: a church in Oklahoma and a sweet couple in Pennsylvania. We just can’t stop thanking and praising God for allowing us to start a new year free of cancer treatments; we rejoice in all six of our family members being healthy.

We look forward to helping in a prison ministry not too far from where we are. There is a need for the gospel among the Latinos there as well. There’s believers who have been in this ministry for years and are excited to have us on board to help with those who can’t understand English very well and need to hear the Gospel. People need the Lord!

Continue to pray for Ana and Fernando, as there are a few people from one of our Spanish supporting churches in Iowa, who are making an effort in discipling Ana and sharing the gospel with Fernando. Pray also for their 3 children that they will be saved.

Living amongst a few other missionary families in this part of the country has been a true blessing; always sharing and encouraging one another.

We are looking for individuals or families who will become a part of our CHIESA PRAYER TEAM! We need prayer warriors praying daily; as we are in a spiritual battle! We would let you know our requests and happenings bi-weekly on a more personal level; rather than our bi-monthly updates that are more general. We also will use it as a tool to get to know you better and ask you to share any requests you may have; we promise to pray for you, also. WOULD YOU JOIN OUR TEAM? Please, send us a note; we will add you to our growing team of over 50 families!

Thank you for your prayers, support and love. “I thank my God upon every remembrance of you.” Philippians 1:3

Dear Prayer Partner,

“Blessed are all who put their Trust in God. “ Psalm 2:12

After two family weddings (Luke, Talitha’s brother in Iowa and Genesis, Dario’s sister in Italy) and 1.5 months away from home, we are finally settling back into a family routine in PA (school, missions, etc). Pray for us as we prepare to connect with Pastors, churches and individuals for more opportunities to share our burden for the LATINO people. Deputation is not an easy trail to take for a family of six. We do enjoy the challenges and meeting other believers; but our faith is tested along the way. May God find us faithful.

We are looking for individuals or families who will become a part of our CHIESA PRAYER TEAM! We need prayer warriors praying daily; as we are in a spiritual battle! Participating in the ministry with Dario’s father (Pastor Alberto Chiesa) in Italy was such a blessing! Dario was able to preach two Sundays with his father translating into Italian and play piano for all the hymns for three Sundays. We shared our testimonies and how God has worked in our lives through our trial with Cynthia’s cancer; also sang special music each Sunday. We thank God for the privilege of ministering side by side with Dario’s family. We will miss them greatly. We were able to encourage two women, in the Udine church, battling cancer right now. Rosa, her cancer has spread to the liver now; yet she is strong in the Lord and we praise God that her husband, Massimo, was saved three weeks ago! Also, for Stefania (a new Christian) who will have a transplant this month.

Pray for the salvation of Dario’s cousins in Italy. We’ve become close to them over the years. They are one of the main reasons we are trying to learn Italian. They said they may even visit us in the USA. Pray God prepares us for the future opportunities.

If you haven’t heard yet, Harris county just moved from the 3rd to the 2nd largest county of Latinos in the USA! The need is great! We need YOU. If you are interested in ministering to the Hispanics, contact us. If you are thinking about partnering with us and have questions, just send us a quick email or give us a call. May God bless you all for your constant prayers and your sacrificial giving.

Dear Prayer Partner,

“Count your blessings, name them one by one” Johnson Oatman Jr.

September 17th will be a very special day for our family! It will be the day we reunite with Dario’s parents, two siblings, their spouses and meet our first niece on the Chiesa side! We have not seen most of them since 2007 when we traveled for Dario’s brother’s wedding. We are now traveling for his sister’s wedding. Dario’s parents have only seen their grandkids 2 times in 13 years! So this is a very special reunion! We praise God for providing the funds to purchase the tickets to get to Italy where Dario’s family lives and are depending on God to provide the rest during our month stay. Pastor Alberto Chiesa, Dario’s father, plans to put us to work while we are there doing evangelism, music and preaching. We look forward to this challenge, as we know little Italian, but have translators. Meanwhile, we are studying Italian. Please, pray we are a blessing to others, the gospel will be shared clearly and for traveling mercies.

We have much to celebrate as our daughter is now CANCER FREE, as many of you have heard! She will continue to have monthly checkups and we ask you to pray the cancer doesn’t come back (the likelihood of it coming back is low risk; but usually happens within the first two years of ending treatment). Thank you for your fervent prayers on our behalf.

Fourteen months of scheduled deputation meetings and we had no major issues with our van; what a blessing! In August, while in Florida for meetings, our van broke down suddenly and the cost of repair emptied our bank account. We were amazed once again at the Lord’s faithfulness in providing for our every need!

Our children, in particular, are enjoying the visit of their dear aunt, who just arrived from Argentina for a month visit. What a blessing to have Talitha’s sister, Ana Lee, with us; always encouraging us in the Lord.

And the blessings don’t end there! The four children have been salt and light in the public school for years now; with the privilege of leading friends to the Lord. But now are experiencing a Christian school setting here in Pennsylvania, we told them they still need to be an example to those around them since being in a Christian school doesn’t automatically mean their friends are born again.

We are thrilled to say one of the churches in Florida, where we had a meeting this summer, decided to partner with us! If you are thinking about partnering with us and have questions, just send us a quick note by email or give us a call. May God bless you all for your constant prayers and your sacrificial giving. Dear Prayer Partner,

Greetings from Hot Florida! We are so thankful to you for your constant prayers on our behalf. By August 12 we would have driven 5,000 miles in the last 48 days. We are praising God for His protection so far. The move from IA to PA went well and it has been a month since Dario left his full time job at John Deere (after being there 10 years). This was a big leap of faith since we only have a small percentile of support. We are trusting in God to take care of us; as He always has.

How thrilled we are to say our daughter, Cynthia, is now CANCER FREE!! Thank you for praying these last 2+ years and pray the cancer doesn’t return!

We request that you pray with us as we seek to fill 2014/2015 to challenge churches and individuals to reach out into their own communities with the Good News!

Amazed at God’s goodness to us, He has given us another church who decided to partner with our ministry. Amen.

Please, pray that the Lord provides new supporters; who will partner with us for the cause of the Gospel to the Latinos. We thank the Lord for the kindness of each of the 9 churches where we have presented our ministry (in Iowa, Kansas, Pennsylvania, New York & Florida) and the encouragement they have been to our hearts. And we thank you for your support and prayers. If you would like to see our WEEKLY updates go to our Facebook public page

You may recognize the words to this song, which is a CHALLENGE to all of us: “To love the Lord our God is the heartbeat of our mission, the spring from which our service overflows . Across the street or around the world the mission is still the same. Proclaim and live the truth in Jesus name!”

Dear Prayer Partner,

“Praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints” Ephesians 6:18 Our teammates, the Hawk family, need your prayers right now. Gerald’s father is on his death bed. Pray that God will give them some good last moments together and safety on the road as they travel to and from Kansas City, MO. Our hearts ache for them!

We are looking forward to tonight because 6 classmates of our children in the public school are coming to a special event at the church here in Creston, along with some of their families. Most excited that Kattee’s whole family (from Guatemala) promised to come too! Kattee’s dad, Jose, was very straight forward with Dario, a week ago, when he asked him, in a very serious tone, “Why aren’t you Catholic?!” This gave an amazing chance to present the gospel to both of Kattee’s parents; who took 6 months to let her go to AWANA with us. Pray for Jose, Hulda and Kattee’s salvation. We serve a Risen Savior!

We are thrilled to say our daughter, Cynthia, only has 3 more months of chemotherapy. Pray for her surgery on June 19th. Thank you! We request that you pray with us as we seek to fill our schedule in 2014 to challenge church families to reach out into their own communities with the Good News! We will be moving to Pennsylvania end of June; to continue our Pre-Field Ministry.

A Latino man, Juan, at John Deere asked Dario at lunch break about the differences of what he believes vs. the Catholics because he noticed that Dario would read his Bible during breaks. Again, another chance to share the gospel clearly! PTL!

Please, pray that the Lord provides new supporters; who will partner with us for the cause of the Gospel to the Latinos. If you would like to see our WEEKLY updates go to www.facebook.com/LosChiesa We thank the Lord for the kindness of each church family we have visited (in Minnesota & in Iowa these cities: Adel, Des Moines, IA City, Mt Pleasant & Newton) and the encouragement they have been to our hearts. Dear Prayer Partner,

“Bless the Lord Oh my soul and all that is within me, bless His Holy name!” Psalm 103:1 This is the verse that comes to mind as we are praising God for His goodness!

Ana, who lost her daughter to Leukemia in November, came to recognize her need for a Savior and asked Him to save her during our home Bible study February 1st!

Ana’s husband, Fernando has gone to church with us 5 times now and has been very open to the Gospel. Pray for his Salvation. Many open doors with people who heard the gospel at Alondra’s funeral. Pray that the people of the Spanish church in Des Moines will take every opportunity to witness and bring them to church. Pray also as Ana is a continual witness in her community, she said that anytime someone comes to her house she reads the Bible to them!

Jayden is a 5th grader, who goes to school with our daughter, Michelle; she accepted Christ as her Savior and now attends AWANA each week.

Hulda’s mom is from Guatemala and her dad from China. Her little baby boy was born healthy, praise the Lord! After 6 months, she has finally allowed her daughter, Kattee (Cynthia’s school friend) to go to AWANA with us! They are Catholic and didn’t allow her to attend because we go to a Baptist church. Pray for this family’s salvation.

Our family has really struggled with health this winter and we would appreciate your continued prayers. But this has not stopped us from serving our Great God!

We request that you pray with us as we seek to fill our schedule in 2014 here in the Midwest and also the East coast to challenge church families to reach out into their own communities with the Good News! We will be moving to Pennsylvania end of June; to continue our Pre-Field Ministry.

We are grateful for three new individuals who partnered with us. Please, pray that the Lord provides new supporters; who will partner with us for the cause of the Gospel to the Latinos. If you would like to see our WEEKLY updates go to www.facebook.com/LosChiesa We thank the Lord for the kindness of each church family we have visited and the encouragement they have been to our hearts. Happy New Year Prayer Partners!

Excited to say that two of our partners raised our support. Praise the Lord!

Thank you to all those who participated in helping the family who lost their little 8 year old girl to LEUKEMIA. We raised $1600 and gave it to Alondra’s family to help with funeral costs. Fernando and Ana, allowed Talitha’s father (former missionary to Argentina) to do the funeral and burial; where the gospel was clearly presented twice to over 150 Latinos. Close to Christmas, the whole Vazquez family went to a Spanish church (Des Moines) and an English Baptist church (Grimes) with us; which is amazing because they are Catholic! God is at work in their hearts and even some of their Latino friends. Talitha will be starting a Bible Study with Ana, Alondra’s mom, on January 13. Pray for their salvation, they are both very open to the gospel.

Hulda’s baby is coming soon. Your prayers have worked, doctors say the baby boy is doing fine; he had a 50% chance of being a still-born baby (due date is 1-17). Pray all goes well during delivery. Hulda, plus her mother-in-law (who arrived from Guatemala) and little Kattee (Cynthia’s school friend) will be coming over for tea & play date on Jan 6. They also are Catholic and haven’t allowed Kattee to come to AWANA with us because we are Baptist. Pray God will work in their hearts.

Dario ran into our muslim friend, Hamadi, at the store the other day and he invited him to go to church with us, when we are in town (Creston, IA).. He said “YES, anytime.” (to the Baptist church by the way!). Wow! Can you believe it?

On Christmas Eve, Talitha posted a message on Cynthia’s leukemia facebook page. The message talked about Christ being the reason for the season and if any had questions about how they could know 100% for sure they’re going to heaven, to just send us a message. Carla worked in Argentina at a shop where Talitha would get photocopies for her English classes. We have been in touch with her for 15 years. She is the one who wrote asking “HOW CAN I KNOW FOR SURE I’m going to heaven?”. Talitha shared the gospel online with her clearly and we are now scheduling a Skype date where we can talk face to face about salvation. Pray for Carla’s salvation.

After a year of language school in Costa Rica, our coworkers arrived in Katy, Texas! Gerald and Julie Hawk are excited to start the bilingual ministry in the suburb of Houston! Pray for them as they meet people in the community.

2014 preparation is in process, we have a few meetings scheduled but need many more. Pray God leads us to the churches He would like us to challenge in the Midwest and on the East coast.

Iowa has been very cold lately, the prediction for Monday is a wind-chill of 30 below ALL day! Dario spun a 360 degree with his car in an ice storm we had; but God protected him. Dario has a first time encounter with Shingles, he is in pain; pray that it is short-lived and that Cynthia will not get any disease from this, since she has a low immune system with her Leukemia.

We thank the Lord for the encouragement you have been to our hearts. And we thank you for your support and prayers.

Have a Blessed 2014! “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” II Corinthians 5:17

Dear Prayer Partner,

Today was a tough day for a Latino family we have been in contact with and had a chance to witness in October. Through Cynthia’s Leukemia, God has given us many opportunities to meet parents of children with cancer. Last night, 8 year old Alondra passed away from leukemia; her mom sent us a text message to let us know. Pray as we prepare to go to the funeral and try to show Christ’s love to this hurting family.

Hulda, from Guatemala, is having complications with her pregnancy. Pray that God will open her eyes for the need of a Savior and that her baby will arrive safely.

For those who follow God’s calling no matter the sacrifice, we truly are thankful! Mrs. Strickland was 86 when she passed away, a couple weeks ago; she was the missionary wife of James Strickland who led Dario to the Lord in Argentina. These missionaries served 54 years in Argentina. What a privilege to attend her God-honoring funeral.

Since our last prayer letter, we have presented our Latino ministry in 5 English Baptist churches and 2 Spanish Baptist churches in the cities of Waterloo, Pella, Des Moines, Boone, Iowa Falls IOWA, also Austin, Minnesota and Enid, Oklahoma.

We request that you pray with us as we seek to fill our schedule in 2014 here in the Midwest and also the East coast.

We are grateful for the new individuals who partnered with us just recently. Please pray that the Lord provides new supporters; who will partner with us for the cause of the Gospel to the Latinos.

We thank the Lord for the kindness of each church family we have visited and the encouragement they have been to our hearts. And we thank you for your support and prayers. “Pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” I Thes. 5:17,18

Happy Thanksgiving!

Dear Prayer Partner,

Talitha went to meet the teachers of our four children; as they were starting in a new school this fall. As Cynthia was exploring her new classroom, a little girl, named Kattee, walked in with her mother. We noticed they were Latino. Since that day, we have had opportunities to form a friendship with Hulda, the mother from Guatemala. Pray for her salvation.

We were playing soccer as a family in our new town, when a college student approached us and asked if he could play. We responded, “Si!!” (thinking he was Hispanic, but to our embarrassment ,we found out he spoke French and Arabic, NOT Spanish—he was from Africa). After the game, Dario was able to present the gospel very clearly to Hamadi; he was very open to all that was said; which was surprising for a Muslim! Pray for his salvation.

We used Dario’s last week of vacation for 3 meetings up north: Waupaca & Milwaukee, Wisconsin; then Green Oaks, Illinois. We also presented our Latino ministry in De Soto & Indianola, Iowa. The Hispanic Retreat in Ventura, Iowa, was a true blessing with a speaker who came from CA. There were 115+ Latinos present.

“Music to my ears!” is what the children’s grandmother said, when she heard her four grandchildren were practicing four different instruments, at the same time, in different parts of the house. Sophia: clarinet, Michelle: flute, David: guitar and Cynthia: piano. May they use their talents for God.

Shingles has decided to become a part of Talitha’s life for the second time this year. Pray for healing. Cynthia had a LOW IMMUNE SYSTEM in August, but no hospitalizations! Praise the Lord! Psalm 5:12 “For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; with favor You will surround him as with a shield.”

We thank the Lord for the kindness of each church family we have visited and the encouragement they have been to our hearts. And we thank you for your support and prayers.

Dear Prayer Partner,

We praise God for His many blessings upon our family the last few months! In April, Cynthia was granted her wish to travel to Orlando, FL by Make a Wish Foundation and we had a relaxing 15th anniversary trip in May. It was a privilege to present our Latino ministry in 9 different churches, 1 VBS and 1 week of Junior Girls Camp. The Lord provided a missionary home (Creston, IA) to rent during our deputation phase. God graciously provided 23 opportunities to present the Bilingual ministry this 2013 but we ask you to pray as we look to schedule 17 more this fall and start mapping out 2014.

Dario continues to work full-time at John Deere and we pray for wisdom to know how long God wants him to continue in this industry. In May, Talitha left her interpreting and photography jobs. A highlight in June was helping Trinity Baptist get started with a new bilingual church in Des Moines; we look forward to seeing this ministry blossom!

Our co-workers, the Hawks, announced with joy that they were expecting a new little one but heartbreaking news came shortly thereafter saying Julie had miscarried. We can hardly imagine the pain but ask you to join us in prayer for them. They continue in language school in Costa Rica until December.

We praise the Lord for new individuals who felt led to partner with us in June. Thank YOU for your faithful prayers and support. _“Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.” Psalm 150:6_

Dear Prayer Partner,

God gave us strength as we prepared for Pre-Field Ministry throughout the last couple months. The Lord put His hand of protection on us as we traveled about 1400 miles; to and from Ohio. There, we were able to record for our missionary DVD at Baptist Mid-Mission’s own studio. Cynthia was healthy throughout the whole trip and she has now started her 2 year maintenance phase of chemotherapy treatment.

Sweet people like Nancy, helped us design our prayer card, and Darrel gave us a low cost to print many. Lonnie with much patience worked on our missionary DVD. Mark helped us set up our own website www.chiesas.org and Alicia helped us make our brochure. Gerald & Julie gave us a projector and a display board. Also, three Pastors wrote recommendation letters for us. We are surrounded by brotherly love!

We are truly grateful for the new individuals who partnered with us last month. God also provided a new flute to worship Him; we are so excited to praise our Lord through music!

Sophia and Michelle took the first step of obedience; they were baptized February 17. We are thrilled that they are growing into young ladies and want to serve our mighty God. We were richly blessed by the Slater Baptist’s church family and the brothers & sisters in Christ at the Spanish ministry in Des Moines. We have enjoyed several Sundays at our sending church in Grimes, IA.

Thank you for your prayer and financial support. God bless you!

12-12-12

Dear Prayer Partner,

We are rejoicing in God’s goodness to us! God has tried us and blessed us in this year. We do not deserve His Mercy and Grace toward us, yet he still bestows it upon us. This is our first prayer letter as missionary appointees to the Latinos in the suburb of Houston, Texas. So we will briefly summarize God’s leading throughout this 2012.

We praise the Lord for our church family; who stood behind us from the moment we shared God’s direction in our lives, identifying God’s call on us, encouraging us and becoming our Sending Church.

January, we applied to Baptist Mid-Missions. March, we took a Survey Trip, as a family, to the Field we knew God was leading us to. May, we had our Doctrinal Exam by the Council of BMM in which we were approved as candidates. Only 10 days later, our youngest, Cynthia (5) was diagnosed with Leukemia. She was hospitalized for 18 days and receiving treatment from the very day she was diagnosed. She has a 2.5 years of treatment, she has gone in weekly for the last 6 months. You can follow her updates on her FB page “Cynthia’s Leukemia Journey”.

July, we went to Candidate Seminar for 10 days in Ohio, where we were approved as Missionary Appointees with BMM. April and August, we were able to serve together with Gerald and Julie Hawk in Hispanic Ministries; they will be our future co-workers in KATY, TX. We are amazed at how God crossed our paths to serve Him together. September, we presented our ministry at Iglesia Bautista Northridge in Des Moines, IA and are grateful for their decision to partner with us in support. Six weeks in Oct-Nov, we had a rollercoaster ride with Cynthia’s leukemia and chemotherapy; including an 8 day hospital stay. November, we presented our ministry at Good News Baptist in Sioux City, IA and were encouraged by the people.

December, we had the privilege to attend the Commissioning service of the Hawks in Kansas City; pray for them as they head off to language school in Costa Rica. We will be traveling to Ohio for a week, as a family, to record our missionary DVD and officially start Deputation/Pre-Field ministry in January or February of 2013. If you would like us to present in your church, please contact us.

Thank YOU for your prayers and support. Have a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year!
